SHIPPING

Please allow up to 7-10 business days before receiving a shipping notification email.

Orders are sent via USPS Priority Shipping with tracking. Once your package leaves the studio you will receive a confirmation email with your individual tracking number. Your order is then in the hands of the United States Postal Service and all shipping inquiries must be made through USPS.com. Maple & J is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages while in transit.

Orders consisting of more than three items, engravings, or any customizing will require additional time.

RETURNS

Items may be returned within 30 days of being received, as long as there are no visible signs of wear. Please include your full name and your and order number which can be found in your shipping confirmation email. Refunds will be applied to original method of payment when your return has been received in good condition. Please note that all custom orders for both larger and smaller sizes may not be returned.

METAL ALLERGIES

Maple & J uses the real deal metals- nothing plated or dipped. A small percentage of the population has metal allergies so if your skin is sensitive or you know you have an allergy to silver or gold please use caution when thinking about starting your Maple & J stack. Our products are made using .925 Sterling Silver, 14/20 Gold-Filled and 14k Solid Gold. If you have a reaction when wearing one of our pieces, please take it off and consult a dermatologist to advise you on your skin allergies.
