***Sizing: It is absolutely necessary that you measure your wrist before choosing a size. Take a soft measuring tape or string and tightly wrap it around the largest part of your hand, (your knuckles and thumb) with your hand closed into itself as if you’re sliding a bangle over your hand. Then, refer to the sizing dimensions listed.

A snug fit is ideal. Use soap or lotion to slide it over your hand, sometimes with a slight struggle until it’s on.
